The short version: The ComfyUI plugin is off until you turn it on. When enabled, it reports only which sponsored ad was shown or clicked, where, plus a random per-session id and timestamp — never your prompts, images, workflows, model names, or files. Advertisers give us an email and campaign details. We don't sell your data.

1. Who we are

mintyfresh.ai (“mintyfresh,” “we,” “us”) is an independent, early-access advertising network for the ComfyUI ecosystem. It has two sides: a free, opt-in ComfyUI plugin that shows clearly labeled sponsored placements to creators, and a self-serve portal where advertisers run campaigns. This policy explains what data each side involves.

2. The ComfyUI plugin (creators)

Opt-in by default. Nothing is shown and nothing is measured until you explicitly enable sponsored placements in the plugin. You can pause or disable it at any time, which stops all network activity, and deleting the plugin folder removes every local trace.

When enabled, the plugin keeps a viewability log on your machine (local_data/events.jsonl). For sponsored advertiser creatives only, it sends us a minimal delivery report so advertisers can be shown verified counts. Each reported event contains:

the event type — impression or click;
the creative id and the placement it appeared in (sidebar, bottom banner, or ad-board node);
a random per-session identifier generated fresh each time the app loads (not tied to your identity, and not persisted across restarts);
a timestamp.

What is never collected or transmitted: your prompts, generated images or outputs, workflows, model or file names, file contents, account identifiers, or any keystrokes. House-ad activity and view-duration heartbeats stay on your machine and are not uploaded.

3. Advertiser data

To run a campaign you provide an email address and campaign details (ad copy, destination URL, optional brand name, icon, and creative image, plus your bid and volume). We use your email to let you manage campaigns and to contact you about them. A per-campaign management key is stored in your browser so you can edit or delete your own campaigns.

4. Website & cookies

We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website. We use browser local storage for functional purposes only: your light/dark theme preference, and (for advertisers) your email and campaign management keys so you stay signed in on your device. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server request logs to operate and secure the site.

5. How we use data

Select and display sponsored placements, and measure verified impressions and clicks.
Provide advertisers with delivery and (later) billing reports.
Operate, secure, and debug the service, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Respond to your questions and support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. Aggregate, non-identifying delivery statistics (for example, total impressions and clicks) are shown to the advertiser whose campaign ran. We share data with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — currently Vercel for hosting and storage — and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

7. Retention

Delivery events are retained to produce campaign reports and are removed when a campaign is deleted. Advertiser campaign records are kept while the campaign exists; deleting a campaign removes its stored record and associated delivery data. Local plugin logs live only on your machine and are under your control.

8. Your choices & rights

Creators: the plugin is opt-in — pause, disable, or uninstall it at any time to stop all data collection and reporting.
Advertisers: edit or delete your campaigns from the portal, which removes the associated data. You can email us to request access to or deletion of the information tied to your email.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data; contact us to exercise them.

9. Children

mintyfresh.ai is intended for developers and creative professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

As the network moves out of early access (adding accounts, billing, and payouts), we will update this policy and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
